The French Translation Service in New York, now has three young PAMCIT graduates from two of our partner universities among its temporary staff. One is from University of Buea and two are from Université Gaston Berger. The two from Gaston Berger, are former United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) and United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) interns.
Two of them joined this summer (July and August) and the third one in November. We are glad to report that all are employed as T1 translators. They are being coached to sharpen their skills even further, and all have given promising start.
It is such great pleasure to see and hear about the successful transition of PAMCIT graduates from their studies, their internships and eventually their jobs.
